New ! HT-6200 Hand-Held Multi Application Engine Tachometer

HT-6200 engine tachometer. A variety of engine types can be handled easily by simply selecting the detector.

When using the HT-6200 in combination with an Ono Sokki detector, rpm measurement can be performed on virtually any engine type. The HT-6200 is used for research and / or production measurement of rpm on gasoline & diesel engines (two and four cycle engines having from one to eight cylinders).

The HT-6200 uses a large 5-digit LCD with backlight to display the actual rpm being captured and with a measurement range of 120 to 20,000 rpm.

Powered by an AC adapter or AAA batteries, the HT-6200 can be used in the lab, on the production line, or during in-vehicle testing. This tachometer can be fixed to a tripod or magnetic stand for continuous measurement.

A large array of detectors and detection methods support measurement on various engine types. Clamp-on ignition detectors for both primary (High voltage) or secondary (low voltage) seem to be a popular choice. By clamping it around the ignition coil cable, it can detect the spark signal of ignition systems resulting in rpm.

Up to 20 measurement values can be captured each time the memory switch is pressed. Since these values are stored in non-volatile memory, they are retained even after you turn off the power.

The built-in peak hold function allows the maximum and minimum values to be displayed during measurement.

Trigger level volume adjustment function. (A rotary dial is used to adjust the trigger level).

The over-range alarm (ERROR mark) is displayed when the measured value exceeds the display range.

For interfacing to recorders, spectrum analyzers, computers, or other data acquisition systems. Analog, monitor and pulse outputs are provided as standard. Use the analog output function to record the number of rotations, the monitor output function to check the sensor's detection waveform, and the pulse output function to output rotation synchronization signals.
